Sarnia + Point Edward
Coffee Lodge
Founded 25 years ago in 2000, Coffee Lodge has been serving Lambton County with their three principles; Good Food, Good Coffee, and Good People. They serve 20 different varieties of whole bean coffee from around the world, sourcing from Canada’s top roasters.
Beanzz
Beanzz Café + Eatery was originally located in Bayside Mall and now finds itself downtown on Christina Street. Their establishment promotes a cozy feeling and highlights their passion for fresh homemade meals. The menu features a wide variety of items, all made to order by their team.
CakeBook Café & Classes
One of Sarnia’s newest cafe additions is CakeBook Café & Classes. Svetlana is a certified cake decorating instructor, transforming your typical baked goods into works of art. CakeBook Café runs cake, cupcake, and cookie decorating classes suitable for all ages.
Backhome Coffee
After 25 years of roasting some of the west coast’s finest beans, Brenda decided to branch out back to her roots along Lake Huron. With the help of her childhood best friend Mary and Claude, Mary’s partner, Brenda was able to open a location in downtown Sarnia. Brenda is committed to providing excellent service to both her eastern and western locations with the help of her team members. Backhome produces 8 of their own roasts each with unique flavours.
Blackwater
Centrally located in downtown Sarnia, Blackwater is Sarnia’s first and only micro roaster. Featuring four distinctive styles of coffee, all using freshly roasted beans from Africa and South America.
The Bridge
Transporting you to the streets of Paris, The Bridge Patisserie & Café has a menu that is sure to touch your taste buds with the rich tradition of French pastry while offering an innovative twist. Their goal is to provide you with a gastronomic experience and unparalleled flavours.
Central Lambton + St. Clair River District
The Cottage
The Cottage is an artisan cafe on the main street in Petrolia. They boast a cozy and relaxing atmosphere where everything is homemade. Serving drip coffee, pour-overs, espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, blended drinks, and others.
Black Pearl
Black Pearl Bubble Tea is nestled on Petrolia Line just before Bridgeview Park. Their menu features a wide variety of drinks from coffee to tea to smoothies and fruit juices. The options are endless as each drink can be customized with a jelly or popping boba which also come in different flavours.
Anita Coffee
Out in Lamrecton Park you can find Anita Coffee Cart serving up specialty coffee with the finest and freshest ingredients. They are passionate about community, environmental sustainability, and delicious coffee. This cart is the perfect stop for having espresso by the lake after a morning out.
Sweet Tree Café
Sweet Tree Café is a hidden gem out on Walpole Island, they have been serving drinks for over 29 years in our county. They serve espresso, a variety of lattes, coffee drinks, and pour-over coffees using Kenya AA beans, considered to be one of the best in the world. You can also find cool refreshments like their Lotus Energy, lemonade, fruit juices, iced tea, and other specialty drinks.
Lambton Shores
Fix48
Fix48 is located on the Main Street of Grand Bend. One thing that makes them unique to other cafés in the county is their combo of coffee and dessert. They serve a wide variety of funnel cakes and vanilla soft serve.
Highway Girl
Highway Girl was purchased by its current owners in 2022 and lived through a smooth transition, honouring its past owners by continuing to offer all the gluten free and vegan options while looking to branch out with new opportunities. Highway Girl is a family run business, with all of them sharing the same love and passion for coffee.
The Cottage
The Cottage is an electric spot in Grand Bend to enjoy a cup of coffee. Sharon and Hailey work to keep the café running smoothly from retail partners to team members. You can find a vast menu of breakfast and lunch items including specialty coffees.
Java and Scoops
Located in Forest, Java and Scoops is a local cafe offering counter service with a selection of specialty coffees, old-fashioned ice cream, desserts, and a ton of breakfast and lunch options.
