Pre Planning: We can assist you with bid preparations and presentations as well as helping you with “How To” issues in planning our next event.
Facility/Housing Arrangements: We can assist in the determination and booking of appropriate facilities to accommodate your specific needs, as well as getting special group rates for your event.
Site Inspections: We can assist and arrange full site inspections of local hotels, facilities and attractions as well as putting you in touch with all the appropriate personnel.
Information Packages: We can provide detailed information on any facility and attraction in Sarnia-Lambton as well as providing personalized mapping to facilities that your group needs directions to.
Welcome Packages: We take pride in servicing our visitors. Our welcome packages are custom made for each individual event. For example, if you are attending a dog show, we would be happy to put doggy treats in your welcome packages. If you would like a personalized welcome letter or map, we can provide that as well.
