Meet The 2024 Ontario’s Blue Coast Summer Team

The Summer season is here and so is our amazing Ontario’s Blue Coast Summer Team. You will find  promoting and celebrating all the fun and exciting events happening this summer in Sarnia-Lambton. Be sure to stop and say hi, and let them know your favourite places to visit along Ontario’s Blue Coast.

Baillie

Hi my name is Baillie and this is my 2nd year working as summer student with Ontario Blue’s Coast! I am so excited to be back and see familiar faces out and about! I really enjoyed last summer exploring new places I had never seen in Lambton County. I was very fortunate to meet local business owners, tourists, and county representatives who were extremely kind and informative. I cannot wait to see what this summer brings for us summer students and I hope we can bring new and interesting information to you! Some fun facts about me are: I just finished my sophomore year at Toronto Metropolitan University for Graphic Communications Management, I love walking on our many county trails and I love listening to country music with friends at the beach!

Gemma

Hi! My name is Gemma and this is my first summer working at Ontario’s Blue Coast. I grew up as an army brat living in places such as Winnipeg, Edmonton, Nova Scotia, Washington DC, London ON and now right here in Sarnia!

I cannot wait to spend my summer exploring all of the hidden gems that Lambton County has to offer, make sure to follow our social media accounts so you can too!

A little bit about me: I am about to go into my second year of sports and recreation management at Lambton College. I love being active and I spend a lot of my time at the gym and hiking. I also enjoy the typical stuff like watching TV and listening to music. My favorite TV shows are Ozark, Superstore and Vanderpump Rules. My favorite musicians are Chappel Roan, Sabrina Carpenter, Emeline and Emmy Meli.

Ethan

Oh Hey everybody, my name is Ethan Pearson.  I am 23 years old and am returning to Ontario’s Blue Coast for my third summer! I’m still currently in school, attending Durham College for marketing and video production, but over the summer I like to kick it by the beautiful blue town of Sarnia. I’m sure you’ll see me driving around town in the company vehicle and on our social media posts this summer so here’s a little bit about me. I’m a pretty outgoing person who loves to be active. I played sports such as football, basketball, and baseball growing up. But nowadays I really enjoy playing golf and skateboarding. I love all types of music and have even been learning the piano over the last few years. I also really enjoy going out and having a good time with my friends wherever we may end up. So if there is one thing I know, it’s that all of my favorite things can be found right here in Sarnia!

Megan

My name is Megan, and this is my third year working at Ontario’s Blue Coast. These past few years have been filled with learning, fun, and a strong appreciation for all things local. I have been lucky to experience all of the hidden gems found in Lambton County and cannot wait for a summer filled with even more excitement. When I’m not in Sarnia-Lambton, I attend Brock University for English Language and Literature. I enjoy spending time in the Niagara Region, but it doesn’t compare to home. This summer, you’ll be able to find me at one of our blue flag beaches, Sarnia’s downtown core, and adventuring downriver!

I don’t want to just be a face you see on your screen, so here are some fun facts about me: I am 21 years old, I have a twin sister, I’m a big fan of Chris Hadfield (did you see our interview with Chris from last year? Check it out!), and I love to spend time at the beach!
