With the cancellation of all Canada Day Fireworks festivities due to COVID-19, Tourism Sarnia-Lambton in partnership with all 11 municipalities in Lambton County is planning an exciting initiative that will deliver an innovative and uplifting experience for residents to collectively enjoy from a safe distance.

Utilizing snapd’s Augmented Reality platform, the community can expect local content and a virtual fireworks experience that will give people something special to commemorate Canada Day right from the comfort of their own backyards, balconies or living rooms.
