The Strangway Community Centre

The Strangway Community Centre is a Recreation Centre for Adults 20+, not only adults ages 50 and over. We also have a scooter charging station on our facility grounds. A wide variety of instructional classes, day bus trips, seminars, special events, information referral and regular weekly activities are available.

Memberships are available for people 50+; these memberships allow for savings of 15% or more on programs and events!

Also, the Centre’s Cafe is open daily for lunch from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

The Strangway Centre accepts cash or cheque, debit and credit cards.

September 2016 – Mobility devise users can now recharge their batteries at 12 different charging stations across Lambton County. Participating electrical outlets have now been changed to the colour blue and are outfitted with signage. Charging stations are available at the Bayside Centre, Bright’s Grove Library, Canatara Park, Centennial Park, Germain Park, Lambton Public Health, the Lambton Shared Services Centre, Mallroad Library, Sarnia City Hall, Sarnia LIbrary, the Strangway Centre and Tecumseh Park.
