The Progressive Auto Sales Arena opened its doors in September 1998 and serves as one of the region’s major sites for sporting, entertainment and consumer show industries. The facility features two OHL sized ice pads, a full service restaurant over looking two ice rinks, 43 corporate suites and seats up to 5,500 people.
The Arena has been host to Musical Legends such as The Beach Boys, Elton John, Alice Cooper, Lou Gramm and Charley Pride. World Class Figure Skating Shows including “The Great Skate” featuring Elvis Stojko and Victor Petrenko, “Dreams on Ice” featuring Lloyd Eisler and Isabelle Brasseur and the “Holiday Festival on Ice” starring Kurt Browning have also taken to the ice at the Arena.
